some old stuff that i found, concepts i did for the bbc back in the day, when i was pitching for the fightbox project.
won us the project and these guys were never used so they've gone on to be characters in other ideas and books that im developing now still quite pleased with them even though they must be 5 or 6 years old... will post the updated versions of them... when i find them the central character was heavily influenced by a number of things, battle angel alita being one... and a manga image i spotted on the web years back, where there where some angel type robots whose arms and legs weren't attached... have no idea what it was nor who did it and i've never been able to find it since... but i'm sure it existed :0 if anyone has any ideas, would love to see the image again and more of the work by the same artist  and if not... i take full credit for the idea and will go on to draw the angel pic i have in my brain  |
